Strive have partnered with a global leader in customer insights software who are expanding rapidly across the DACH region and hiring a high-impact Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new growth.

The Company :

  • Category-leading SaaS platform in the CX / UX space
  • Trusted by thousands of global brands, including many DAX-listed enterprises
  • Backed by a top-tier private equity fund with over $120B AUM
  • 300M ARR and scaling fast in EMEA

The Role :

  • 240K OTE (50 / 50) + strong benefits + career growth
  • Own and develop ~40–50 named target accounts across the DACH region
  • Supported by BDRs, marketing, and pre-sales

Leadership :

  • EMEA sales leadership team made up of proven enterprise operators
  • Hiring manager is a high-performing leader with 10+ years\‘ experience in scaling enterprise teams across Europe
  • Coaching-centric environment with strong cross-functional support

What You’ll Need :

  • 3+ years of enterprise SaaS new business experience
  • Native German speaker , fluent in English
  • Proven track record of exceeding 7-figure quotas
  • Comfortable building pipeline from scratch and managing full-cycle deals
  • Experience selling to business stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Product, Design, Research, Digital)
  • Located in or near Frankfurt, Berlin, or Munich
