Denys is a Belgian international construction company, specializing in complex construction projects. Our German branch plays a key role in the expansion of Germany's energy infrastructure by contributing to complex Energies projects.
Your Role
- Leading a large project: You are responsible for managing a project and ensuring that quality, costs, and deadlines are respected.
- Guidance and coordination: With an eye for processes, you lead the project team and coordinate all planning processes. You maintain continuous oversight of project progress, quality assurance, and control.
- Risk and problem‑solving: Thanks to your experience, you can identify risks early, solve problems, and ensure the project runs smoothly.
- Technical expertise: You guide complex technical challenges during project execution and advise your team on critical decisions.
- Communication and alignment: You schedule regular meetings with all stakeholders - from the client to your team and external parties - and ensure everyone is well‑informed and working efficiently together.
- Safety and standards: You ensure that all work complies with safety, health, quality, and environmental regulations, and that these standards are consistently upheld.
Your Profile
- Technical qualifications: You hold a degree in engineering (bachelor's, master’s, or equivalent) with a specialization in civil engineering or a comparable field.
- Professional experience: With years of experience as a project manager on complex civil engineering projects, you are confident in handling challenging tasks.
- Organizational and communication skills: You work in a structured manner and possess strong communication skills, enabling you to lead teams and drive projects forward.
- Team player: You enjoy working collaboratively and strive for shared success with your team.
- Proactivity and foresight: You identify risks early, assess situations accurately, and take targeted action.
- Language skills: You have a very good command of English. German knowledge is an asset.
- Flexibility and mobility: You are willing to visit project sites and ensure the necessary mobility.
