The International Desks assist Crédit Agricole Group clients, primarily French companies. Provide clients with information on banking practices, services, and legal/tax/commercial practices in Germany and Switzerland through CA group networks and partner. Support daily operations (account opening, credit facilities, cash management, debt collection) and facilitate contacts with trade support institutions. Ensure trilingual communication (French/German/English), client document management, and monthly reporting to Paris. Your daily tasks will be Include a day‑to‑day relationship with the CA‑group (especially the Caisses régionales, LCL, CREDIT AGRICOLE CIB and the entities of Crédit Agricole SA in France and abroad) and their customers, as well as with partner banks, Business France and any other partner or service providers in the region. Occasionally, there might be some business trips in France or the covered area. The assistant will also ensure the interim of the Head of International Desk, in cooperation with PAI Head Office in Paris for any issue above her/his competence.
