Key Job Responsibilities
- In‑person and virtual author events (including trade fairs and conferences)
- KDP account management and escalation management
- Literary agent account management
- KDP writing contests
- Self‑publishing community engagement
- Owning and tracking marketplace community engagement spend
- KDP social media management
- Content escalation support
- PR team liaison
- KDP performance management (weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews)
- KDP deals management
- KDP Prime Reading management
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
- Experience defining and implementing process‑improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, managing projects, and creating schedules
