Project Manager Electronic Systems (m/f/d) – Oberpfaffenhofen

Lead a multidisciplinary project team to develop, manufacture, and test electronic units for satellites within the time, cost and requirements
Be the primary interface between the project team and the customer
Describe, plan, assign the activities to project team members and monitor their progress
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks
Negotiate and implement changes to the project baseline
Organize and conduct reviews
Regularly report project status to company management
Write proposals and lead proposal teams for upcoming projects

Academic degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or comparable qualification
Experience in managing multidisciplinary development projects, ideally within the space industry
Technical background in development and verification approaches for electronic systems and associated software
Knowledge of relevant ECSS standards
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is beneficial but not required
