Overview
ITility seeks a talented Project Manager – Intelligence Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will be onsite at Ramstein, AFB, Germany . The Contractor shall assist in developing, executing, and implementing plans, programs, procedures, policy, and doctrine, and provide documentation to the Government.

Responsibilities
- Research and analyze plans, concepts, organizations, and requirements supporting commander initiatives. Advise commanders, supervisors, and managers on data and information analysis findings. Evaluate current interoperability and effectiveness; provide recommendations to improve future operations to the Government POC.
- Develop products from analysis, estimate completion dates, and recommend solutions for deficiencies. Integrate information from various sources into systems; track requirements; evaluate responses; coordinate with SMEs; and deliver staff packages by suspense dates.
- Analyze plans, data, and systems; evaluate data validity; and determine future information needs as directed by the Government POC.
- Develop estimates and recommendations for deficiencies.
- Perform administrative reviews, studies, and analyses to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Participate in planning and executing DoD personnel and administrative programs. Assist in developing SharePoint requirements, update content and permissions, and automate processes.
- Support exercise planning, coordinate Control Center activities, and provide reports and updates for AF personnel accountability systems.
- Provide project management and functional expertise for projects and priorities.
- Draft, review, and coordinate staff packages and respond to data requests.
- Conduct analyses of personnel programs and organizational processes to recommend improvements.
- Advise on data analysis findings and support mission objectives.
- Perform other duties as required in support of the mission.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing projects with over 10 employees.
- Experience with administrative and personnel management tasks.
- Proven ability to draft reports and briefings meeting specific command requirements.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience managing ISR projects in Germany.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
- Prolonged sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
