As the Senior Product Manager for the Client Bank Solutions team at Raisin, you will co-lead a cross-functional product team and work closely with some of our largest B2B Partners. The B2B Tribe enables our B2B Partners to offer Raisin deposit products to their own customers via a range of integrations. Your focus will be on securing a full-service backend solution to our largest B2B Partners, ensuring a seamless experience for both Partners and their end customers.

You will report to the Director of Product for B2B and collaborate with other Raisin Product teams, including leaders from Bank Onboarding, Relationship Management, Operations, and Infrastructure. Your mission is to improve the experience for our B2B Partners and to sustainably grow our B2B business.

You will also lead critical projects with high visibility and C-Level involvement as we advance our technology and systems.

Your Responsibilities

Product management at Raisin requires a broad set of skills. While daily tasks vary, key responsibilities include:

• Becoming the go-to expert for your product, understanding how it influences company results.
• Leading iterative refinement of major product challenges, defining value and success criteria, and identifying risks and dependencies.
• Fostering a data-driven approach and improving data availability.
• Mapping out the most valuable and feasible path for the next 12 months and securing buy-in.
• Creating transparent quarterly OKRs and plans aligned with strategy, with input from engineering.
• Collaborating effectively with engineering teams, understanding best practices, and designing high-level solutions.
• Promoting a team culture of continuous feedback, learning from failures, and recognition.
• Maintaining high-quality communication channels with stakeholders, understanding their goals and pains, and conveying complex topics simply.
• Leading cross-disciplinary teams through complexity to reach alignment and make decisions.

Your Profile

Must-haves:

• 4+ years of product management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical understanding of system interactions, data flows, and APIs, with experience in scalable, distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience in banking or financial services.

Nice to have:

• Fluency in German.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; energized by complex problems and teamwork.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
