Overview
In this role you will drive RTI standards and implementation related to the EU Pay Directive, partnering with Workplace Practices and external partners to ensure policy alignment and compliant country rollouts. You will coordinate RTI intake, data preparation, system testing, and ongoing updates to HRBPs and managers, while aligning outcomes with Total Rewards and Global Pay Transparency. You’ll manage data collection, verification, and communication, ensuring accurate pay data and timely escalations for technical issues. This is a cross-functional, data-driven role that shapes how pay transparency and RTI processes support business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Establish and evolve RTI standards and procedures for the EU Pay Directive
- Lead RTI intake for transposed countries and prepare data for system entry
- Coordinate RTI services via ServiceNow with HR Technologies, ensuring requirements are documented, programmed and tested
- Communicate RTI updates to HRBPs and aligned Managers; maintain knowledge transfer
- Lead pay data preparation with local teams, including data scrubbing and validation
- Act as first point of contact for RTI-related technical escalations
- Own and improve RTI service metrics and KPIs; monitor performance and reporting
- Ensure compliance across processes and participate in annual reporting events
- Maintain understanding of local Equality Bodies and site-specific implications
- Collaborate with HR leadership to align programs with strategy and participate in COE Transformation initiatives
- Build relationships across HR to translate deliverables into strategy and influence outcomes
- Maintain flexible, proactive stance to change and ambiguous situations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 6+ years of work experience in HR, COE, or HR Operations or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Stryker pay data and related pay elements
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence without formal authority
- Experience with high-volume data collection and analysis
- Ability to develop execution plans aligned with strategy
- Advanced Excel skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Ability to review and synthesize large data sets and work in a fast-paced environment
