What You Can Expect:
- Consulting and coaching leaders on personnel and business-related issues within a global matrix structure, especially in Quality, Finance, and Procurement areas.
- Developing and implementing measures for employee retention, talent development, change management, and increasing employee engagement—working closely with HR Centers of Expertise and leadership.
- Leading and participating in local and international HR projects, such as flexible work models, leadership development, inclusion initiatives, and boosting employee engagement.
- Optimizing existing HR processes for efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Implementing and applying best practices sustainably.
- Collaborating trustfully with works councils to develop sustainable solutions.
- Fostering an innovative, employee-centered work culture within our global organization.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic and operational HR, ideally in an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and collaboration with works councils.
- Experience handling complex personnel issues.
- High level of responsibility, solution orientation, proactive thinking and actions.
- Strong skills in moderation, consulting, relationship management, empathy, and persuasion.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, present them clearly, and communicate effectively with leadership and staff.
- Excellent German and English skills at least at C1 level.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in change projects, process optimization, and implementing modern HR initiatives (e.g., Sabbaticals, Diversity, New Work).
- Experience in multinational corporations with matrix structures and global HR service delivery.
Additional Information:
Our flexible working model allows partial remote work. Regular presence at our Freiburg location is expected at least 2 days a week to build relationships and maintain personal contact with colleagues and departments.
