What You Can Expect:

• Consulting and coaching leaders on personnel and business-related issues within a global matrix structure, especially in Quality, Finance, and Procurement areas.
• Developing and implementing measures for employee retention, talent development, change management, and increasing employee engagement—working closely with HR Centers of Expertise and leadership.
• Leading and participating in local and international HR projects, such as flexible work models, leadership development, inclusion initiatives, and boosting employee engagement.
• Optimizing existing HR processes for efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Implementing and applying best practices sustainably.
• Collaborating trustfully with works councils to develop sustainable solutions.
• Fostering an innovative, employee-centered work culture within our global organization.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic and operational HR, ideally in an international environment.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and collaboration with works councils.
• Experience handling complex personnel issues.
• High level of responsibility, solution orientation, proactive thinking and actions.
• Strong skills in moderation, consulting, relationship management, empathy, and persuasion.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, present them clearly, and communicate effectively with leadership and staff.
• Excellent German and English skills at least at C1 level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in change projects, process optimization, and implementing modern HR initiatives (e.g., Sabbaticals, Diversity, New Work).
• Experience in multinational corporations with matrix structures and global HR service delivery.

Additional Information:

Our flexible working model allows partial remote work. Regular presence at our Freiburg location is expected at least 2 days a week to build relationships and maintain personal contact with colleagues and departments.
