Stryker's Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Business Unit develops innovative technologies that enable surgeons to perform ENT, skull base, and neurotological procedures with greater precision, safety, and confidence.

The business unit's portfolio includes advanced surgical navigation, imaging, visualization, powered instruments, and digital solutions that support clinicians throughout the entire surgical workflow.

We are looking for a Project Manager, PMO, Ortho Tech, supporting our ENT business unit.

As a Project Manager you will support the successful delivery of innovative medical technologies that help surgeons perform complex ENT, skull base, and neurotological procedures.

Working alongside experienced project leaders and cross-functional teams, you will coordinate development activities and contribute to bringing new products and features from concept to market.

In this role, you will

  • Coordinate cross-functional development projects involving software, hardware, and medical devices.
  • Support project planning by creating and maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, and monitoring project progress.
  • Facilitate communication across Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and other business functions.
  • Estimate, acquire and assign cross-functional project resources.
  • Organize project meetings, document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and collaborate with the team to develop practical solutions.
  • Monitor project deliverables to help ensure they meet quality, timeline, and business objectives.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by helping refine project management processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships across global and multidisciplinary teams while developing your project leadership capabilities.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Medical Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
  • Preferred Skills

/ Engineering tools

  • Initial experience in project coordination, project management, or leading workstreams through internships, academic projects, or professional roles.
  • Exposure to product development, engineering, software development, or medical devices.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
  • Experience working in an international or cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Sciences is a plus.
  • Project management certification (e. g., CAPM or Scrum Master) or a willingness to pursue professional development is an advantage.
