You support global and local Belonging Networks by fostering connections, engagement, and impact within the DEI communityNext, you help create clear communications to promote events, initiatives, and encourage community participationBuilding on this, you maintain network data, internal resources, and update web content to ensure information is accurate and accessibleAdditionally, you assist with award submissions, research, presentations, and reporting to highlight the achievements and progress of the networksFinally, you contribute to projects and events, including speaker research and coordination, and share best practices to strengthen ongoing Belonging Network initiatives

Qualifikation:

Education : You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Social Sciences, Communication, Diversity Management, or a related fieldExperience and Skills :You have practical experience in event planning and moderationYou are proficient with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Viva Engage, and AI toolsYou possess strong storytelling and communication abilitiesWays of Working : You work independently, are highly organized, and thrive in collaborative, intercultural teamsLanguages : You are fluent or expert in English, ideally as a native speaker
