We started as a start-up in 2013 and have been part of the successful and international StepStone Group since 2019 These are your tasks Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand system requirements and prioritize key user journeys for automated testing. Cross-Platform Automation : Design and implement cross-platform automated test suites using tools like WebdriverIO or Robot Framework to ensure consistent quality across web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). Framework Ownership : Build scalable, reusable, and dependency-minimized automation frameworks tailored to your team\’s needs, ensuring no additional dependencies or complexity are introduced. Maintain Test Coverage : Continuously improve test suites to adapt to evolving user flows and development changes while focusing on business-critical functionality. CI/CD Integration : I ntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable feedback on code changes. Test Strategy Leadership : Lead the effort to establish professional, automation-first QA processes, ensuring minimal manual testing while maximizing test reliability and speed. Stay Ahead of Trends : Research and adopt cutting-edge tools and strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated testing practices. What you are throwing in Preferred Tools: Strong experience with WebdriverIO or Robot Framework for cross-platform automation. Alternatively, expertise in a similar tool that supports testing across platforms (web and mobile) without introducing additional dependencies. Cross-Platform Testing Expertise: Proven experience in creating and maintaining automated test suites for both web applications and native mobile apps (iOS and Android). Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, HTTP, SSL, etc.) and basic SQL Basic knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java for extending test frameworks. Agile and CI/CD Experience: Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support agile development cycles. Ability to manage priorities and adapt testing strategies to fast-paced development environments. Comprehensive Test Management: Familiarity with test management tools like TestRail for tracking and reporting. Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter is a bonus.
