Role
Description: As a HRIT Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of HR technology initiatives, working closely with HR, IT, business stakeholders and external technology partners.
A strong understanding of Workday is essential for this role.
You will use your Workday experience to support successful implementation, enhancement, integration and/or optimisation projects for our international client base.
Key
Responsibilities: Lead HRIT projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and resources.
Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Lead and coordinate Workday-related projects, enhancements and system changes.
Manage third-party vendors, implementation team and internal technical teams.
Ensure effective governance, reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies.
Support testing, data migration, integrations, change management and go-live activities where required.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver measurable value.
Drive continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
Requirements: Proven experience managing HRIT / HR technology projects.
Previous Workday experience is a mandatory requirement.
Strong project management skills, ideally with experience delivering complex HR transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning and design through to implementation and post-go-live.
