Your Tasks
- Responsible for the demand and supply planning of the Retail market for West Area,
- Manage the demand and supply meetings as part of the monthly S&OP process,
- Ensure to meet customers‘ requirements, in coordination with production, logistics, customer service and sales,
- Anticipate over/under capacities to propose solution via S&OP process,
- Measure and manage the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy in close collaboration with sales department,
- Monitor the stock and optimize the supply network using SAP/APO system,
- Further development and harmonization of supply chain planning processes and IT systems (SAP APO, SAP IBP…),
- International project work across Südzucker Group.
Your Profile
- University Degree or equivalent – ideally in supply chain management or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Supply chain planning ideally in an international environment
- Good knowledge of English, French and German are an advantage
- Customer oriented, agile thinking, willingness to question the status quo
- Ownership (taking responsibility)
- Team player
- Good analytical skills
- Independent working style and high degree of flexibility
- Results oriented and solution-oriented
- Advanced SAP knowledge (APO-DP, APO-SNP, SD, MM, PP and BI)
- Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, macros)
- Willingness to travel in Europe
