We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Winterthur, Switzerland.

This opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with business leaders and drive HR initiatives that align with our company’s goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring best-in-class HR practices while maintaining compliance with Swiss Labor laws. Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development to drive business success.
  • Lead and support the annual HR cycle, including performance management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and employee development needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to foster a high-performance culture through effective people strategies, leadership coaching, and change management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Swiss Labor Laws and internal company policies, providing proactive risk management and advisory support.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in the Swiss market.
  • Design, implement, and support HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, career progression, and succession planning.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to generate insights that drive informed business decisions and workforce strategies.
  • Work closely with global HR teams and Centers of Expertise (CoE) to ensure alignment with company-wide HR policies, programs, and best practices.
  • Drive and lead digital HR projects, contributing to process improvements and innovative HR solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Act as Deputy to the Head of HR Switzerland, stepping in to provide leadership and continuity in HR strategy and operations when required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University degree in Human Resources or related discipline – strong knowledge of Swiss Labor Law and HR best practices, either acquired through formal education/additional qualifications, or professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner role, ideally within a similar global matrix organisation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics for decision-making.
  • Fluency in German and English.
