You will work closely with software engineers and security specialists to bring coding agents into production delivery. /p h3Your responsibilities include: /h3 ul liDesign and operate the platform supporting AI coding agents across the software development lifecycle. /li liBuild integrations with internal tools using MCP or comparable technologies, including appropriate access controls. /li liEstablish evaluation methods covering output quality, reliability and operating costs. /li liImplement secure execution environments, approval checkpoints and auditability, while integrating with development and deployment workflows. /li /ul h3You bring: /h3 ul liPractical experience delivering enterprise software using coding agents throughout the development lifecycle. /li liStrong platform engineering skills, including reusable development workflows and context management for agents. /li liExperience building and operating tool integrations, with a sound understanding of permissions, secrets and data security. /li liFluent German and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly. /li /ul pThe assignment requires work from Switzerland, including at least two days onsite per week. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
