They are building out a trading desk on blockchain and ledger technology, and they need their first Middle Office hire. /ppThis is a junior role with real breadth. You’ll join a small team, working directly with the CEO and the trader. Processes are only now being set up, so you’ll help design how things are done from a blank page. /ph3What you’ll do: /h3ulliBalance the general ledger and reconcile the trading books /liliHandle day-to-day technical accounting /liliMonitor positions against risk limits and investigate any breaches /liliCover the trading desk and support daily middle office operations /liliBuild and document middle office processes from scratch /liliUse Excel, macros, VBA and AI tools to automate routine work /li /ulh3What you’ll bring: /h3ulliEarly-career experience in accounting, risk management or middle office within a trading environment /liliA solid understanding of how trading works /liliStrong Excel skills, including macros and VBA /liliComfortable using AI tools day to day /liliOrganised, curious and happy to build processes yourself /liliYou should be fluent in English, German is an advantage /liliDigital assets or crypto experience is a plus, but not essential /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
