Your responsibilities Take technical ownership of the Modern Workplace environment, including Windows 11 clients, Azure Virtual Desktop, managed mobile devices, Intune and endpoint security. Operate and further develop Entra ID security, Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Protection configurations. Resolve complex third-level incidents, support the second-level team and contribute to engineering projects and design decisions. Your background Completed apprenticeship or education in IT, ideally Informatiker EFZ.
