Team Leader Electrical Engineering / Electrical Systems We are looking for a hands‑on leadership role that combines people management, technical oversight and continuous improvement. The Team Leader will develop a team of electrical engineers, drive engineering standards, manage resources and ensure delivery against quality, cost and timeline objectives.

Process improvement and standardisation
Requirements
Fluent German and English
Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Previous leadership experience (must have led a team previously)
Experience within complex engineering environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
