Role Description The General Manager at Sumosan Vienna will oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations in a full-time, on-site capacity in Vienna, Austria. Responsibilities include leading and coaching front-of-house and back-of-house teams, managing staffing levels, scheduling, and performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences. The role will also involve maintaining operational standards, overseeing health and safety compliance, managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control, and working closely with ownership to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The General Manager will collaborate with the culinary and bar teams to support menu execution, monitor service quality, and uphold brand standards.
