Задачи:
- Design and maintain Terraform modules and infrastructure patterns used by engineering teams;
- Manage production Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including performance tuning and service mesh implementation;
- Lead security and compliance work across frameworks such as PCI DSS and SOC2 in partnership with the Security team;
- Define and monitor service reliability metrics, participate in the on-call rotation, and drive improvements after incidents;
- Improve developer experience through automation, better CI/CD pipelines, and clearer documentation;
- Mentor engineers on the team and contribute to technical design discussions.
Требования:
- At least 8 years of experience in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering;
- Hands-on software development experience;
- Experience designing and maintaining infrastructure as code;
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes in production, including cluster operations and troubleshooting;
- Hands-on experience with core AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, and load balancing;
- Comfortable working within security and compliance requirements;
- Ability to mentor engineers and explain technical decisions clearly to different audiences.
