About the role

• Identifying relevant discount contract tenders from health insurance companies
• Supporting the coordination of tenders and framework agreements
• Developing and managing data models with Power Query and Power Pivot
• Creating and optimising measures (DAX) to support business analyses
• Planning and executing bids
• Continuously monitoring current bids and contracts
• Analysing and preparing past bids
• Market observations and competitive analyses
• Checking health insurance company invoices
• Creating volume forecasts for the products put out to tender and continuously monitoring volume development
• Supporting the preparation of monthly reports

Qualifications

• Completed training in a commercial field / degree in business administration, health economics, natural sciences or similar
• Independent, goal-oriented and conscientious way of working
• Experience with Power Query: Sound knowledge of data querying and transformation with Power Query
• Experience with Power Pivot: Ability to create and manage complex data models in Power Pivot
• DAX knowledge: Experience in creating and optimising measures with Data Analysis Expressions
• Analytical strength and very good understanding of numbers
• Team spirit, commitment, flexibility and resilience
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
