Your role
We are looking for a strategic Paid Social Growth Manager (all genders) to lead our acquisition efforts. You will oversee ad creation, media buying, promotional offers, landing pages, analytics, and optimization. You’ll manage agency relationships and develop scalable, internationally adaptable processes for content and landing page creation. The ideal candidate excels at audience identification and building tailored acquisition funnels to drive product conversions.
- Managing paid social ads from creation to optimization, working closely with agency partners to ensure high performance
- Creating and scaling paid social campaigns, focusing on effective acquisition funnels on platforms like Meta
- Collaborating with the CRO team to optimize landing pages, enhancing conversion from paid social traffic
- Developing promotional offers and bundles to drive sales and boost long-term customer loyalty
- Using in-depth research and data insights to refine targeting and improve campaign ROI
- Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement
- Developing scalable processes for content creation and landing page optimization suitable for international markets
- Staying updated on social media trends and best practices to keep campaigns innovative
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies with overall company goals
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- 3+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, particularly on Meta, with a track record of scaling successful acquisition funnels
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, audience targeting, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Proven ability to manage key agency relationships and lead the entire funnel creation process
- Experience with CRO, landing page optimization, and creating scalable campaign strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
- Passion for natural health and wellness is a plus
