Legal Counsel (all genders)

Your role

As a Legal Counsel , you’ll play a critical role in supporting and advising our teams across Germany and Poland on a broad spectrum of legal matters, with an emphasis on data privacy and corporate law. You’ll work directly with cross-functional teams to shape Sunday Natural\’s future. This role will involve:

• Providing expert guidance on data privacy regulations and manage corporate legal requirements to ensure group-wide compliance
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure they meet all legal standards while aligning with our goals
• Providing training on relevant legal topics, helping build a culture of compliance and awareness
• Leading or supporting projects that enhance our policies and practices, making a lasting impact on our operations

Your profile

• Being a qualified lawyer in Germany and/or Poland, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic company, startup, or law firm
• Strong expertise in data privacy, corporate and contract law, and the ability to navigate complex legal challenges with confidence
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, keeping up with deadlines in a fast-moving environment
• Professional fluency in German and English is essential, with Polish language skills being a strong plus
