- Oversee all IT purchasing activities, from budget preparation and supplier sourcing to negotiation and contract management.
- Administer company devices via Microsoft Intune, ensuring compliance, patch management, and configuration control.
- Support the implementation of Microsoft Defender and Conditional Access policies, assisting with data protection controls and audit activities.
- Manage and resolve IT incidents through ITSM tools like Jira and Zendesk, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with regional IT teams to align local operations with global standards and support cross-site initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of IT purchases, vendor agreements, and contribute to operational reporting and documentation.
Your profile
All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in IT purchasing or procurement roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with IT products, software, and services, coupled with strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and pricing data, and proficiency with procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (C1) is required, together with proficiency in at least one additional European language or Chinese.
- Willingness to delve into various IT topics and contribute to endpoint management and compliance support.
