We’re excited to introduce a key role at the heart of our European sales organization – the Regional Sales Administrator. Acting as a trusted partner to the VP Europe and the wider sales team, you will ensure smooth coordination, clear communication, and strong operational support across multiple countries. Ready to explore what this journey looks like? Let’s dive in:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the VP Europe and regional sales stakeholders.
  • Prepare and consolidate sales reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up actions with Country Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Support sales pipeline tracking, forecasting activities, and business reporting processes.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and regional events including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Manage travel arrangements, documentation, and administrative records while ensuring confidentiality.

  • Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or coordination role.
  • Strong skills in reporting, data handling, and presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement and problem-solving approach.
  • English language skills at C1 level; additional European languages at B2 or higher are a plus.
