- Resolve questions from key customers through various channels.
- Provide support and resolve questions for service partners.
- Deliver training on ticket systems.
- Manage the purchase and application of spare parts and packing materials.
- Actively collaborate with different teams and provide necessary support.
Your profile
- Currently studying engineering or a similar technical field, or pursuing higher education in a business-related discipline with technical relevance.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Excellent data analysis capabilities, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Python.
- Ability to work independently with strong focus and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-team communication and follow-up skills, capable of coordinating among multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with knowledgebase systems or AI testing workflows.
- English C1 level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
