Reporting to the Head of ICT Product Management, you will play a key role in driving our strategic initiatives for SME customers. You will contribute to the development and enhancement of cloud and ICT solutions, while gaining valuable experience in project management, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. YOUR CHALLENGE: – Support the design and implementation of cloud and ICT solutions tailored for SME customers – Collaborate with product managers to define and refine service offerings and roadmaps – Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product positioning – Contribute to documentation and internal communication related to new offers – Track project milestones and assist in managing deliverables – Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to align product development with strategic goals – Participate in workshops and brainstorming sessions to promote innovation and creativity YOUR SKILLS: – Bachelor’s or Master’s students in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or graduates who completed their degree within the past 12 months). – Strong interest in cloud technologies, ICT services, and digital transformation – Analytical mindset with a structured and solution-oriented approach – Excellent communication and teamwork skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus – Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously – Fluent in English; German or French is an asset At Sunrise, you’ll be working in a dynamic and multinational environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared and values are lived.
