Become the operational backbone of Sunrise's fulfillment organization. In this role, you ensure stable day-to-day operations, manage operational incidents, and continuously improve internal logistics processes. Your focus is on ensuring operational reliability while driving process simplification, automation, and efficiency.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Manage daily operational issues and incidents across the fulfillment organization
- Coordinate resolution activities between internal stakeholders, external specialists, and logistics partners
- Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
- Improve and automate operational processes and workflows
- Monitor operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain operational procedures, controls, and documentation
- Support business continuity and operational stability initiatives
YOUR SKILLS:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent
- Experience in operations management, incident management, or process improvement
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and service management, including SAP/ERP systems
- Experience driving process optimization and automation initiatives, including process design and workflow optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
