We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with expertise in the Insurance sector, with a strong focus on planning, cost management, and risk management.
Aufgaben
- Ensure alignment of projects with portfolio and organizational goals
- Define and develop company and project standards, templates, and work breakdown structures
- Create risk management templates and comprehensive risk management plans
- Develop and maintain project budgeting and forecasting tools and reports
- Optimize project strategies to improve outcomes and future project performance
Qualifikation
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in project management in Insurance field, including planning/scheduling, cost control, contract and change management
- Strong knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project coding structures
- Ability to implement cost management processes across complex projects
- Solid understanding of risk management methodologies
- Experience in supplier management, particularly in construction or infrastructure related project delivery
- Fluency in both German and English (mandatory)
