- An experienced professional with 5+ years‘ experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, people and culture, business development, relationship management, sales, marketing or a related field.
- A confident and natural communicator.
- Comfortable connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
- Open to learning and developing new skills.
- Interested in personal and professional growth.
- Looking for greater flexibility and autonomy in their working life.
