As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store showcases Superdry’s identity and attracts customers with stunning displays.

Responsibilities:

• Store Visual Presentation: Design and implement visually appealing displays that reflect the Superdry brand.
• Stock Organization: Ensure the store layout is attractive, and merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.
• Visual Displays: Regularly update and refresh visual displays, seasonal setups, and promotional areas to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Product Placement: Ensure the correct placement of products, considering both the store’s aesthetic and the customers‘ shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store management and sales team to plan and execute displays in a timely manner.
• Stock Replenishment: Assist with stock replenishment on the shop floor to maintain an organized and clean store environment.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure the store’s visual standards are aligned with Superdry’s global branding and guidelines.
• Sales Performance: Track the effectiveness of visual displays and adjust based on sales data and customer feedback.
• Seasonal Changes: Organize seasonal transitions, ensuring a fresh and innovative look as per the latest fashion trends.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in fashion or retail environments.
• Creative: Strong creative skills and a keen eye for design and detail.
• Knowledge: A good understanding of visual merchandising principles and how to apply them to drive customer interest and sales.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with a team and take direction from store management.
• Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and peak times.
• Language: Proficiency in German and English is preferred.
• Passion for Fashion: A strong passion for fashion, style, and the Superdry brand.
