The Role:

We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented professional for our Sales and Marketing role. While the primary focus will be on sales, the candidate will also support the marketing department, managing assigned accounts and contributing to marketing strategies within the German market. Knowledge of customer and consumer marketing will be highly valued, as well as the ability to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities:

  • Local ownership of sales & profitability of the assigned top local / regional Customers
  • Product introduction and presentation, trade terms negotiations and implementation, sales preparation and monitoring sales programs to meet key KPIs
  • Responsible of driving sell-through activations with the assigned customers in line with agreed Joint Business plans in close collaboration with the marketing team
  • Product recommendation, on-line / off-line. Responsible of training the customer key stakeholders (CSR, Sales, After sales.) that are in contact with the final consumer
  • Responsible for implementing the commercial calendar and agreeing on the campaigns that best suit customers target consumer group
  • In touch with relevant consumer communities. In close collaboration with the Marketing department, support and promote the brand among key user communities.
  • Planning and execution of customer- and consumer-marketing-events
  • Support and coordination of online- and offline-marketing-campaign on regional level
  • Planning and execution of retail marketing topics and POS-excellence

To succeed, you should exhibit the following skills and qualifications:

  • Account Management : Experience managing accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving sell-in/sell-out
  • Customer-Centric Approach : Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions effectively
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
  • Marketing Collaboration : Experience working closely with Marketing teams to align sales and promotional activities
  • Campaign Execution : Ability to support or execute marketing campaigns at local or account level
  • Market Insight : Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and consumer behavior
  • Data-Driven Mindset : Ability to interpret sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication, in both internal and client-facing contexts
  • Problem Solving : Capable of managing objections and solving client-related challenges creatively
  • Team Collaboration : Works well in cross-functional environments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Product)
  • Valid work permit for Germany
  • Residing in Germany, wider Munich area
  • Willingness to travel 70% of the time (DACH-region)
