Qualifications
3–5 years of relevant professional experience aligned with the hiring area (e.g., Commercial, Operations, or related fields)
Completed or near‑completed Master’s degree
Demonstrated potential to grow into a strategic or first‑level leadership role, with strong learning agility, ownership, and execution skills
Proven ability to work in cross‑functional or ambiguous environments, translating business needs into practical outcomes and managing stakeholders effectively
Willingness to be based in Vienna, Austria, with availability for international and domestic travel; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), and motivated to build a long‑term career at Suzano in a diverse, global environment
What you will do Responsibilities are defined jointly with the Managing Director in the initial weeks and are intended to stretch the Junior Executive’s capabilities while progressively increasing exposure to senior leadership over the 12‑month program.
Lead and contribute to strategic and analytical projects with tangible business impact
Lead the budgeting process together with Sales and Operations
Work closely with senior managers and executives to support decision‑making and execution
Analyze complex commercial, operational, or market data and translate insights into recommendations
Shadow some of the senior leadership initiatives to prepare for future cycles
Drive process improvements, governance enhancements, or business transformation initiatives
Collaborate across functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, Revenue, Supply Chain, Strategy, Business Intelligence) and geographies
Prepare and present executive‑level analyses, business cases, and recommendations
Take increasing ownership of workstreams and act as a role model for performance and professionalism
Compensation and benefits
A competitive base salary at €5,800 monthly gross.
The opportunity to earn a yearly maximum achievable bonus of up to €36,000 gross.
