The Role
Do you want to actively shape the energy transition and support customers on their way to sustainable energy?
- Responsibility for fleet management, including maintenance, repairs and claims handling
- Organisation and coordination of all transport to sites and customers
- Selection, control and negotiation with external service providers and freight forwarders
- Conducting tenders and comparing offers
- Compliance with legal regulations (e.g. driving licence checks, UVV)
- Cooperation with installation teams, internal departments and external partners
- Administration of all relevant documents: insurance, contracts, fuel cards
- Analysis of KPIs and development of optimisation measures
- Participation in the digitalisation of processes and formation of efficient cost structures
About

- Completed commercial training – ideally in a logistics environment – or equivalent experience
- Professional experience in fleet management, transport coordination or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of transport law and a good technical understanding of vehicles
- Structured, independent working style with a solution‑oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills in dealing with service providers and internal teams
- Driving licence class B
- Proficient with MS Office and ideally some experience with digital fleet tools
