Senior Marketing Manager

To strengthen our SWAN Beauty team at our Hamburg location, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to further develop our marketing strategy and drive SWAN to sustainable success with a growing beauty community.

• Marketing Strategy : You will be responsible for developing the German/European marketing strategy and implementing the marketing plan across all relevant channels to achieve company objectives.
• Brand Development : You will craft a strong brand message and ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels.
• Social Media Strategy : You will design a well-thought-out social media strategy, manage content campaigns, and make SWAN visible on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Performance Marketing : You will plan and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to ensure that every budget delivers maximum results.
• Influencer Management: Find the right influencers for your campaigns and manage contract negotiations all the way through to the approval of deliverables.
• Event Marketing (optional): You will conceptualize and organize creative events that bring our brand to life and captivate our target audience.
• Collaborations & Partnerships (optional): You will establish strategic partnerships with influencers and relevant brands to expand reach and drive growth.

Profile:

Experience :

• You have a degree in Marketing, excellent German language skills, and at least three years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment or with a consumer brand.
• You bring solid expertise in performance marketing and know how to use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar platforms.

Strategic Thinking :

• You think outside the box and are capable of developing a comprehensive marketing strategy as well as campaigns aimed at achieving long-term growth goals.

Creativity & Execution :

• You have a flair for creative marketing ideas and know how to implement them effectively.
• Experience with common marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Upfluence is highly desirable.

Hands-On Mentality :

• You enjoy being hands-on and thrive on quickly turning ideas into action.

Team Spirit :

• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility, and excel at bringing all stakeholders together.

Languages :

• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
