Swapfiets has bikes—lots of bikes. Currently, more than 240,000! Many are stored in our warehouses. If you\’re looking for a good job in a fast-growing scale-up, look no further! How you pedal us forward!

Thanks to you, our shops and warehouses always have bikes ready to offer our service at all times. With a cool head and creativity, you find solutions for any bottleneck.

You lead the logistics team in Hamburg and Hanover, ensuring great teamwork. You train new team members and prepare them for the job.

With a trained eye, you monitor inbound and outbound flows to recognize and eliminate bottlenecks early. You are responsible for the S&OE process in your warehouses.

You ensure warehouses are always supplied with bikes and spare parts, managing stock in Hamburg and guiding the logistics team in Hanover.

You coordinate deliveries to and from our warehouses and stores.

You work with our logistics teams in the Netherlands and our main warehouse to ensure sufficient stock.

You organize shifts on-site to keep operations smooth.

You plan and conduct stock counts to verify inventory accuracy.

You actively participate in projects to optimize processes further.

The gear you need:

You bring 1–3 years of logistics experience, preferably with formal training in the logistics sector.

You excel in organizing, planning, and meeting deadlines—making sure everything runs smoothly with your ideas.

You handle ad-hoc tasks well, prioritizing efficiently at all times.

You have strong communication skills and are effective at leading teams.

Proficiency in German and English is required.
