Strategic Procurement of Indirect Materials and Services for the SWARCO ITS Division
Identifying and selecting new suppliers and partners, as well as realizing synergy and optimization potential within the existing supplier portfolio
Preparing and conducting requests for proposals
Conducting price and contract negotiations, as well as participating in award decisions and contract execution
Cross-functional collaboration with international branches to coordinate strategic procurement activities and define and implement medium- and long-term strategy
Optimization of existing procurement processes, particularly with regard to digitalization and efficiency improvements
Managing and participation in international purchasing and procurement projects
Completed commercial studies, technical understanding of advantage
Several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing, ideally with a focus on indirect procurement
Experience with complex or international procurement projects
Analytical mindset and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong internal customer and service orientation
Strong negotiation skills, as well as a high degree of independence and assertiveness
Very good MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a plus
Fluency in spoken and written German and English for collaboration in an international environment

We offer an attractive and performance-based salary based on your qualifications and professional experience. This salary is significantly higher than the collective bargaining agreement for employees in trade, crafts, and the service sector.
