In this key leadership role, you will ensure the organization's financial stability, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. You will play an active role in shaping the finance organization of the SWARCO ITS Group, leading budgeting, reporting, financial reporting, and risk management while supporting the company's growth and profitability.ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and manage the ITS Finance team with full functional and disciplinary responsibilityWork closely with the CFO and provide the Executive Board with clear, data‑driven financial insights and strategic recommendationsDevelop and implement the finance strategy in line with the company's overall objectives and growth plansOwn the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to enable accurate, data‑driven decision‑makingDevelop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic business planningDrive initiatives to optimize capital allocation, improve cash flow, and increase profitabilityEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements (IFRS, local GAAP, etc.)Oversee internal controls, corporate governance, and audit readinessCoordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full complianceIdentify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring adherence to financial policies, tax regulations, and industry standardsEvaluate investment opportunities, including business cases, capital expenditure (CAPEX), acquisitions, and divestmentsSupport ESG and sustainability reporting initiativesContinuously improve finance processes, data quality, and business intelligence transparency while driving automation and digitalization across the finance functionQualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of relevant professional experience in an international business environmentProven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and lead high‑performing finance teamsStrong expertise in budgeting, long‑term financial planning, investment controlling, group reporting, and taxationExperience in developing and implementing finance strategies aligned with corporate objectivesDemonstrated ability to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and to act as a trusted partner for internal and external stakeholdersExcellent written and spoken German and EnglishStrong analytical skills with the ability to think holistically and across functionsEntrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic thinking, a high level of accountability, and strong business acumenProactive, independent, and detail‑oriented working style with a hands‑on mentality, strong drive for continuous improvement, and the ability to quickly understand complex business environmentsBenefitsAttractive salary: depending on experience;
