Managing Director Software Platforms (m/f/d)

• You join the global ITS Leadership Team and work closely with the line managers to achieve strategic objectives.
• Define the Technology Strategy: you take on a holistic entrepreneurial approach and elevate our solutions to the next level.
• Lead our Teams: you take full responsibility for all development teams, products, and projects (who, when, how) and lead them to the next level of collaboration and maturity; you lead by example and have an interest in the technical details.
• Strive for Greatness: you provide operational excellence by challenging the status quo, providing structure, and following through.
• Act as Ambassador: act as the forerunner and opinion leader in the field of SW solutions. Delight and excite stakeholders.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of work experience in the software industry, ideally for mission-critical cloud-based offerings.
• Experience in leading international teams.
• Bachelor\’s in Computer Science, Business, or a similar qualification with an affinity for technology.
• Strong technical and methodological background (Certifications like SCRUM, IREB, ISAQB, ISO27001 are a plus).
• Excellent German and English written and spoken language skills.
• Strong communicator and organizer.
• Hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving, and management skills.
• Know-how in the ITS domain is a plus.
