IT Cyber Security Lead / Architect (m/f/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany | Fulltime | Hybrid

Your Challenge

1. Planning and leading the NIS 2 implementation of our operational units and our product companies
2. Defining SDLC processes and IT security architectures for our SaaS and on-prem products in traffic management
3. Accompanying and monitoring the implementation of the requirements in the group of companies
4. Define and introduce an overarching vulnerability & incident management process
5. Carry out training and internal maturity assessments
6. Design and operate tools: vulnerability tracking, risk assessment, attack detection, incident monitoring
7. Close cooperation with the Security Operations Centres

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in computer science, mathematics or natural sciences with an IT focus or comparable qualification
2. Professional experience with management responsibility in the area of cyber security
3. Knowledge and experience with common guidelines such as NIS2, ENISA, BSI recommendations, ISO 27001
4. Knowledge and experience with tools for SIEM and SOAR
5. Knowledge of methods of the Secure Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
6. Hands-on mentality
7. Very good knowledge of German and English
8. Assertiveness and negotiation skills
9. Structured way of working and analytical skills
