About the Role
At Swarovski, you will lead the HR function in Wattens, overseeing all HR-related matters and ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR operations. You will drive the implementation of the Global People Strategy locally, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global standards. You will act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the Global Supply Chain leadership team, coach, guide, and challenge senior leaders at local and global level, strengthen leadership effectiveness and performance culture, and translate business needs into clear HR priorities and initiatives. You will drive organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead the HR function in Wattens, overseeing all HR-related matters and ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR operations. Drive the implementation of the Global People Strategy locally, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global standards. Ensure smooth execution of core people processes (e.g., performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews) in close collaboration with HR Operations. Actively develop and drive relationships with social partners (e.g., Works Council, local authorities) and ensure compliance with local legislation and employee relations frameworks. Build and lead a strong local HR team and foster collaboration with GBS HR Operations teams. Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and the Global Supply Chain leadership team. Coach, guide, and challenge senior leaders at local and global level, strengthening leadership effectiveness and performance culture. Translate business needs into clear HR priorities and initiatives, enabling organizational effectiveness and transformation. Drive organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives. Qualifications
Proven experience as a senior HR leader or HR Business Partner in a global/multinational environment, ideally within manufacturing or supply chain organizations. Strong expertise as a 360° HR generalist, including employee relations and labor law. Experience in managing social relations and working with employee representatives. Demonstrated ability to operate at executive level, influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decisions. Track record in organizational design, transformation, and change management in complex environments. Experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development at scale. Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with the ability to build high‑performing teams and foster a performance‑driven culture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively across global networks and functions. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform HR decisions. Global mindset, with experience working in matrix organizations and cross‑border environments. Fluency in German and English. Willingness to travel as required. Benefits
