About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Interpret sales, inventory and product data to support the development and execution of effective product strategies.
• Create data-driven strategies for category optimization, including product and price point gaps and opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, and stock levels to evaluate category performance and make adjustments.
• Work with Global Portfolio, Controlling, Marketing, Demand Planning and Commercial teams to support category strategy alignment and executions.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree/Education, preferably in Business, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in Merchandising
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PowerBI would be a plus
• Excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Strong willingness to learn with can-do attitude
• Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
