PR & Social Media Project Leader Swiss Market 100% (w/m)

Description du poste

• Develop and implement local PR, influencer and social media activities in line with global communication objectives to further strengthen Swatch's visibility and cultural relevance across Switzerland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media partners, influencers and content creators.
• Act as the market's primary media contact, managing all media inquiries, interview requests, product loan requests and press relations activities.
• Identify storytelling opportunities and generate earned media coverage around product launches, collaborations, events and brand initiatives.
• Manage influencer partnerships from identification and briefing through execution and performance reporting.
• Create, adapt and coordinate engaging content for local social media channels in line with global brand guidelines.
• Plan and execute media events and influencer activations.
• Monitor media, consumer and social media trends, translating insights into communication opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external business partners and international teams to ensure consistent and impactful communications.
• Manage assigned budget and report on business impact/ROI.

Profil

• Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
• 4-7 years in PR or external communications, ideally in agency environment and/or consumer brands

Compétences requises

• Successful track record in pitching and placing stories with top tier media.
• Extensive network within the Swiss media and influencer landscape and a passion for trends, storytelling and brand building.
• Strong networking mindset, with a passion for building authentic relationships with journalists, influencers and industry partners, and representing the brand with confidence both online and in person.
• Ability to work well in extremely fast-paced environment with high volume projects and quick turn-around.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, coordination with various departments both internally and externally, with the flexibility to re-prioritize when needed, keeping timing, quality, and budget in mind while driving projects forward pragmatically.
• Strong attention to detail combined with an organized, reliable, flexible and team-oriented mindset.

Langues

• Native speaker (Swiss preferred) with excellent writing and communication skills; fluent French and good English. Italian is a plus.
