Key Account Management & Business Development- Development and continuous further development of customer concepts- Creation of annual key account plans including distribution and marketing goals- Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with assigned key accounts- Conducting business reviews as well as identifying growth and optimization potential within the managed key accounts2. Sales Performance & Commercial Steering- Analysis of sell-in, sell-out, inventory, and performance metrics as well as deriving suitable measures- Responsibility for achieving sales and distribution goals- Steering of sales and marketing budgets including investments3. Leadership & Coaching- Professional and personnel management of the Sales Planning Team (1 employee)- Leadership and development of the Regional Sales Manager (1 employee)- Leadership of the internal sales team (3 employees)4. Distribution & Market Development- Development of the distribution network in cooperation with the management- Planning of POS openings, closures, and location developments5. Projects & Cross-functional Collaboration- Strategic planning together with the Brand Manager- Management of customer-related projects- Representation of the company in the management team6. Customer Support Western Switzerland- Support of customers in Western Switzerland (BE, JU, SO, FR, VS, NE, VD, GE)- Presentation of new collections as well as advice on assortment, inventory optimization, and sales developmentProfile- Sales-oriented basic training- Further training as a Sales Manager or Sales Director- Experience and personality are more important than degrees- Resilient, flexible, open-minded, good customer handling- Networked thinking, ability to carry out various projects simultaneously- Negotiation skills- Great ability to coordinate and communicate (especially internally)Professional requirements- Approx. 3-4 years of experience in customer management- If possible, experience in the consumer goods sector- Experience in key account management- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)- Ability to use RMIS, MyStoreLanguages- German, French, and English spoken and written- Italian is an advantageCompany addressYour new workplace knows no boredom.
