Management of brand and design portfolios of Swatch Group companies, including:
Advising Group companies on the protection of their brands and design at both national and international level
Conducting availability searches for trademarks and monitoring newly registered trademarks and designs
Filing, renewing, and analyzing brand and design portfolios
Reporting and various administrative tasks related to portfolio management
Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent (paralegal) with several years of experience in the field of intellectual property, preferably in an international environment
Business fluent French or German with good knowledge of the other language, very good level of English (written and spoken)
