To strengthen our HR team, we are offering an exciting opportunity based between Biel (60%) and Neuchâtel (40%), with flexibility to discuss the allocation. We are currently looking for an:
HR Business Partner (100%)
In this role, you will manage the complete employee life cycle and support our managers as a coach and consultant, helping them guide their teams toward success.
- Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers (150 employees)
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing for The Swatch Group Services in the fields of Logistics, Customer Services, Quality Management, Real Estate as well as for the Group’s companies based in Neuchâtel.
- Organise and control of the yearly evaluation and talent management process, and follow-up with measures if needed.

Professional requirements
- University degree in HR or equivalent (Brevet fédéral) with over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You get a experience in Recruitment ideally in the Supply Chain field.
- Fluent in French and in English, combined with good knowledge of German considered an asset.
