Overview
In this role you will support the Director of Market Access to shape and execute international access strategies for specialty care products. You’ll collaborate with global and local teams to secure pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion, while building robust HEOR evidence and payer materials to support HTA submissions. You will engage diverse stakeholders to optimize patient access and ensure launch readiness across regions. This position offers impact across markets, policy shaping, and cross-functional leadership in a complex, evolving landscape.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Plan and implement international market access strategies aligned with corporate objectives and local needs
- Collaborate to secure pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion using health economic models and budget impact analyses
- Develop HEOR evidence, RWD, and value dossiers to inform HTA submissions and payer negotiations
- Build compliant relationships with payers, HTA bodies, regulators, partners, and patient groups
- Partner with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs to synchronize initiatives and ensure launch readiness
- Monitor policy developments across regions and support advocacy to enhance patient access
- Lead multiple market access projects, manage budgets and risks, and oversee external vendors as needed
- Track and report access performance, HTA outcomes, and competitive intelligence in internal systems
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years in international market access and reimbursement, focusing on GI, internal medicine, endocrinology, cardiovascular and rare diseases
- Proven track record in international launch planning and access strategy development with payers and policymakers
- Experience working in matrixed, multicultural teams across regions
- Strong understanding of international healthcare systems, HTA processes, and payer environments
- Fluent English; additional languages desirable
