The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving end-to-end verification strategy, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high-quality silicon delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage ASIC Design Verification teams across multiple geographical locationsDefine and drive verification strategy, planning, and execution for complex SoC/ASIC projectsArchitect and develop UVM-based verification environments from scratchGuide the team in writing robust test plans, test cases, and coverage modelsEnsure high-quality verification through functional, code, and assertion coverage closureCollaborate closely with Design, Architecture, and System teamsMentor and technically guide engineers to enhance team capability and productivityDrive debug, root cause analysis, and issue resolutionEnsure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and project milestonesInterface with stakeholders and provide regular status updates and risk assessmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications15+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC VerificationStrong expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM methodologyProven experience in building verification environments from scratchHands-on experience in testbench architecture, test case development, and coverage-driven verificationSolid understanding of verification methodologies, assertions, and debugging techniquesExperience with EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor GraphicsStrong experience in leading and managing global/distributed teamsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsAbility to drive projects independently and handle multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in complex SoC/IP verificationExposure to formal verification or emulation platformsPrior experience working with European customers or global teamsUnderstanding of low-power verification and protocols (AXI, PCIe, etc.)Soft SkillsStrong people management and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesHigh ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
