Role Description

The Furnished Apartments Rental Manager is a contract, on‑site role based in Berlin, Germany. The individual in this role oversees the daily operations of furnished rental apartments, including managing tenant inquiries, coordinating property viewings, handling move‑ins and move‑outs, and ensuring units are well‑presented and maintained. Responsibilities include administering leases and rental agreements, monitoring occupancy and rental performance, and supporting pricing and listing updates. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing service requests, coordinating with maintenance and cleaning providers, and promoting a high level of customer satisfaction aligned with Sweet Home’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Rental Management skills, including overseeing furnished units, coordinating turnovers, and monitoring occupancy.
• Experience with Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and maintaining rental contracts and documentation.
• Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to tenant needs.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively with tenants, owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate operations, ideally in a furnished or short‑term rental context.
• Solid organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Proficiency with property management or booking systems and standard office software.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are strongly preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Berlin and handle occasional evening or weekend tenant appointments as needed.
